We have some pressing needs here at Outreach. If you are able to help, here are some ways you can:

Casseroles, Soups, and Other Freezer Meals
Can you cook? We need you! Our freezer is empty (as you can see in the photo above)
We'll gladly provide you with cooking supplies, and even the packaging. We just need the actual cooking to be done.

Food
Do you have extra venison, beef, pork or chicken you can share? (the fresher the better) We are meatless these days, but would like to provide protein to our hungry guests. If you have meat, vegetables, or other groceries to spare, we know a whole lot of people who could use them!

Gifts for our Build A Basket Christmas Campaign
Our annual collection of new gift items for the Christmas basket giveaway has begun!

Kid's Lunch Items
Our guests often find it challenging to provide lunch items for their children's lunches. We welcome healthy lunch items - crackers, granola bars, fruit leather, fruit, veggies, crackers and cheese, fruit cups, juice boxes... whatever you can think of that's healthy and yummy, we'd love to pass on your gift!

Yarn
Ladies with knitting needles are eager to string together some warm blankets for our guests. But they need yarn! Bring them in by the armful if you like, and the more colorful, we're told, the better. Our clients ADORE the brightly colored treasures these ladies create.

Winter Gear
Let's face it, winter's on its way. Our homeless guests will soon be collecting all they need to keep warm in -30C. They'll need sleeping bags, snowsuits, warm mittens, hats and scarves. (Also, other warm items like tea and coffee are welcome)

...And pretty much anything in between!

To donate, please drop your items to Steinbach Mennonite Church at 345 Loewen Blvd (beside the Family Medical Clinic) Tues-Thurs from 9:30-4:00pm

Thank you for your generosity!
